The Operational Friction
Each facility managed its own crisis response plan, with no consistent way to test or compare readiness across sites. Leadership had no visibility into which locations were actually prepared for a disruption versus which only had a plan on paper.
The Architecture Blueprint
We built a standardized tabletop exercise template that could be adapted to each facility’s specific risks while keeping scoring and reporting consistent company-wide.
Each site ran the same core scenario structure on a recurring quarterly cadence, with local facilitators trained to run sessions independently. Readiness scores were tracked centrally, giving leadership a clear, comparable view of improvement across all eight facilities over the course of a year.
